Refund Policy

Earnqo doesn't sell goods or subscriptions — earnings come from completing offers, and the only outflows from your wallet are raffle ticket purchases and withdrawals.

Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal has been approved and disbursed by the payment provider, it cannot be reversed by Earnqo. If your funds did not arrive, contact /help with the public withdrawal ID and we'll trace with the provider.

Withdrawals in the requested or pending review state can be cancelled by you any time — your wallet balance is restored.

Raffle tickets

Raffle tickets are non-refundable once purchased. The only exception is if a raffle is cancelled by Earnqo before the draw — in that case ticket cost is automatically returned to wallets.

Errors and adjustments

If our ledger ever credits or debits your wallet incorrectly, we will reverse the entry within 7 business days of detecting it. The matching audit row remains visible in /wallet/history.

Disputes

If you believe a balance is wrong, open a support ticket via /help with the relevant transaction IDs.
